This means your investment is protected as long as you own your home. We use top-quality materials to ensure long-term performance, but remember — routine maintenance and following our usage guidelines are key to keeping that coverage intact. What about damage from tree roots or natural ground movement?While our warranties protect against defects in our materials and workmanship, certain factors like shifting soil, earthquakes, or intruding tree roots may fall outside of coverage. If an excluded event occurs, we’ll still advise you on the best repair approach to repair your plumbing system.
