Granted, not everybody's situation, but was efficient, knowledgeable, professional, respectful (pets & home = shoes off), helpful, patient, and most importantly, my concern for water leak resolved. Apparently, it was a stuck damper in the toilet. It was too tight and that was after I thought I checked everything myself from having to call a plumber... so obviously Jed/Bud's saved me $ from tearing up my walls, etc. So I'm appreciative and grateful and I will use again. Called a little after 9 on the 16th, plumber showed up a little after 1:00. Put the new wax seal in in less than an hour and he was on his way. Would definitely call them again and would recommend them as well.

Had issue with toilet last Friday afternoon and called Bud’s Plumbing to remedy situation. Sent a plumber in a couple of hours to inspect toilet and attempted an initial resolution, but eventually had to resolve problem at later date as the discovery of tree roots that had invaded pipes and had destroyed wax ring and began unsealing toilet from base. Upon returning this morning discovered job was too large and involved for just one plumber, so enlisted help of additional repair man. Both completed repairs in several hours. Both were very professional and completed repairs the same day. Would highly recommend.
