Hector is the greatest. I have had four other AC companies out attempting to stop the loud noise the blower in the AC makes. Every one told me that there was nothing to be done except to replace the blower—which was only 2 years old. It is so loud I could not hear the TV over it, so I would sit in the heat instead of turning on the AC. Well, Hector came to do a checkup and I mentioned the noise to him. Besides being friendly, he shared his knowledge with us so we understood exactly what had happened. It took him maybe 20 seconds to find and fix the problem! I was amazed and so thankful! He should be EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR!
