I was connected with Axel regarding my tankless water heater that was not working, and the ignitor coil needed to be replaced. Axel followed up with me like he said he would until the part was received. Jed B. was early, same day. No issues. Logo on the truck, Bud's T-shirt, identified himself, was in and out within 15 minutes. Granted, not everybody's situation, but was efficient, knowledgeable, professional, respectful (pets & home = shoes off), helpful, patient, and most importantly, my concern for water leak resolved. Apparently, it was a stuck damper in the toilet.
