Does a “lifetime” warranty really last forever?Our lifetime coverage applies to any complete sewer line replacement or full water repipe we install, under normal residential use. This means your investment is protected as long as you own your home. We use top-quality materials to ensure long-term performance, but remember — routine maintenance and following our usage guidelines are key to keeping that coverage intact. What about damage from tree roots or natural ground movement?While our warranties protect against defects in our materials and workmanship, certain factors like shifting soil, earthquakes, or intruding tree roots may fall outside of coverage. If an excluded event occurs, we’ll still advise you on the best repair approach to repair your plumbing system.

How do I keep my warranty valid?Regular inspections and basic upkeep go a long way toward maintaining your warranty coverage. We’ll provide guidelines for routine care, so you know exactly what’s needed to keep your sewer lines, water pipes, or newly installed water heater in top condition.

Can I perform my own repairs and still stay covered?Attempting DIY fixes, or hiring an unauthorized party to repair a warranted installation, may void your warranty. We recommend contacting Bud’s Plumbing if you experience any issues. That way, the warranty will remain valid.
