Jed B. was early, same day. No issues. Logo on the truck, Bud's T-shirt, identified himself, was in and out within 15 minutes. Granted, not everybody's situation, but was efficient, knowledgeable, professional, respectful (pets & home = shoes off), helpful, patient, and most importantly, my concern for water leak resolved. Apparently, it was a stuck damper in the toilet. It was too tight and that was after I thought I checked everything myself from having to call a plumber... so obviously Jed/Bud's saved me $ from tearing up my walls, etc. So I'm appreciative and grateful and I will use again. I had a leak outside, and I could not determine where it was coming from. It kept filling up a hole that I was putting a sump pump in. I checked different lines and turned off different faucets to see if it still would continue to fill. I had Alex from Bud's Plumbing come out, and he determined that there was no leak very quickly by checking the water meter out in the front. If the meter is turning, you have an open, and he determined that there was no leak very quickly by checking the water meter out in front. If the meter is turning, you have a leak. He was great, no charge for the free inspection. He was a godsend. I highly recommend him.

I had to have my dishwasher lines repaired due to a rodent problem I had. Cody was the plumber that was sent out, and he advised me that I would actually need a new dishwasher because the rodent had not only eaten through the water lines but also did internal damage to the dishwasher, including chewing through electrical connectors. I went out and bought a new dishwasher, and he returned two days later to complete the installation. He was meticulous, explained everything to me, and overall a very personal individual. He made sure that the new dishwasher worked and everything met my satisfaction, which it did. I would recommend Bud's and, if you could ask for Cody, I would do so.
