Keith was very knowledgeable, he assessed my home’s current plumbing and helped me pick out the right products for what I wanted without any pressure. He also helped me plan out where they would tap into the existing lines and where the unit would go. Once we decided to do the job, they got the work done quickly and everything worked as expected right away. They brought in all their gear, did the work, then cleaned everything up and left the work space better than they found it. I had bottled water at all my sinks that same day. I am very happy with Bud’s service and have called them out a few times since for help with a garbage disposal, a leak under my kitchen sink, and a problem with the drain in our master bathroom. I am excited to hear they are now doing heating and air conditioning, and I’ll be calling them first if I have any problems with my plumbing or AC this summer.
