Keith with Bud's was excellent. Thank you, sir! We were running an event in a commercial space with 40+ attendees. All toilets began backing up and the kitchen flooded due to a missing/broken clean out plug. Keith was on-site an hour after I called dispatch and started with the simplest and least expensive option which the business owner appreciated. Unfortunately, he still needed to pull the toilet to gain access further down the line to find the clog. He also installed a plug under the sink to keep the kitchen from flooding in the future. He was clean, professional, and real nice. All in all, he was in and out in less than 2 hours.
