Our AC went out on one of the first hot days this year. We called Bud's and they had us in the schedule right away. Their service tech came out clean and professional, and very thorough. We knew the system was old and needed replacing. He gave us options on repairs and replacement. We went with replacement because of the fair pricing and how nice and professional everyone we had dealt with so far. Two days later, the install crew came and replaced the whole system. We couldn’t be happier. I don’t remember the house getting this cold and staying cold. We will definitely be using them for our plumbing and continue using them for our heating and cooling needs.
