Second time I’ve used Macs, first for plumbing. I had a plumbing company come out, and they couldn’t find what was wrong after my house fully flooded. Steve was able to come out and found the problem in under five minutes. Grateful to have somebody like him come out and be able to find it!

My mom was at my house to help oversee things, and the tech who came impressed even her! (So much so that she asked if she could request him personally next time she needs someone from Bud’s to come to her house). The tech, Chris G., was incredibly nice, personable, professional, and transparent about costs and work. He was incredibly thorough and explained every step to us. We were even emailed images of what was wrong/what needed to be replaced, with our statement.
