I had a leak outside, and I could not determine where it was coming from. It kept filling up a hole that I was putting a sump pump in. I checked different lines and turned off different faucets to see if it still would continue to fill. I had Alex from Bud's Plumbing come out, and he determined that there was no leak very quickly by checking the water meter out in the front. If the meter is turning, you have an open, and he determined that there was no leak very quickly by checking the water meter out in front. If the meter is turning, you have a leak. Woke up to the sound of rain… pinhole leak from attic. On a Saturday. Our usual go-to plumber did not call us back (even as I write this, guess they do not work weekends). A contractor we had used recently recommended Bud’s. Bud’s on-call technician, Axel, picked up our request and was out within the hour. Axel is knowledgeable and professional. He repaired pipe and water was back on within hours. Would have been sooner if he didn’t have to go back to shop for a tool. Will call Bud’s next time we need a plumber.

Jon and Andrew arrived promptly and ready to get to work. Went through step by step what was going on. Completed the first step in figuring out where the leak was coming from. Replaced the main shut-off gate valve with a ball valve as this was part of the leak. Even raised the height of my spigot for easier accessibility. Back with leak detecting equipment and will be following up with a new water heater.
