I was washing dishes and what happens? The water and muck rise and don't drain. I called Bud's just before 7:00 a.m., and Liz had an appointment scheduled for the afternoon. Keith called me 30 minutes before he arrived. He came on time, identified himself, put on shoe covers, and assessed the problem. Within one hour my drain had been snaked and a full explanation of what was found was told to me. I admit I did have Keith shine a light in the pipe so I could see what caused the backup. In all fairness, it had been more than 10 years since it happened before. And Bud's came to the rescue then, too. When Keith was finished I looked on my porch and didn't see one speck of dirt. It was as if nothing was done it was so clean. Keith explained the charges, what he did, and recommendations for going forward. I have been in property management for over 35 years. Bud's is the only plumber I would use for an emergency or not. I'm going to have them come back to drain my hot water tank (that has never been done in over 20 years) and inspect my HVAC system. Yes, they do those things, too. Every person I have ever dealt with at Bud's has been knowledgeable, polite, and patient. Customer service gets 10 stars.

Keith from Bud’s Plumbing saved the day! My bathroom sink has progressively been getting slower to drain until this morning when it wouldn’t drain at all. Enter: Bud’s. They sent out Keith within a couple of hours. He was very professional, knowledgeable, a pleasure to talk to, and fixed the sink without issue. While he was here I also asked him to provide me with a quote to do some plumbing as part of my upcoming bathroom remodel. I will gladly use Bud’s again if the need arises.

We had another company come out right before them and give us a quote. That was outrageous and I’m pretty sure they lied to us about some stuff.

Bud’s was great. This is a long overdue review. They came out back in December of 2024. Customer service and quality of work were top notch. Very reasonably priced as well. Theresa in the office did a fantastic job of explaining everything and handling all of my questions. They were able to come out for a same day service, even being short handed that day. Keith came out and handled my main line blockage and got it all cleared up in a timely manner. Very friendly and helpful with questions as well. Definitely give them a call with any needs you may have.

These guys were great. Called them late today and they were able to come right away. They did a great job on unclogging the clean out and made some recommendations on other things to do with my sewer line. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I asked for a quote and they gave me one within the price range I was looking for and they were true to their quote. I called three other plumbing companies and they would not give me a quote except that the technician would give me one upon arrival. Nah, if you can’t be upfront with me then I don’t do business with you.

Had a clogged kitchen sink, wasn’t impressed by the past couple plumbers we used so I was looking for a new one. Google search gave me Bud’s. Saw the good reviews, so I thought I’d give them a try. It was easy booking an appointment, they had something same day, they called and texted to confirm. They also texted before arrival to let me know they were on the way. Keith arrived promptly and was very friendly, professional, and thorough. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. He set up the work area to minimize any mess and was careful throughout his time here. He was efficient and finished the job quickly and was careful to leave the area as clean as it was before. An easy process from start to finish. Great all around customer service. Thank you! Won’t need to Google next time!

So glad I had Bud's Plumbing out! The office is great, and Todd, the tech that responded, was great, and the drain was cleaned out very quickly! Beyond great attitude and great skill sets, equipment matters too. Bud's was the second plumber I had at my house. Todd had an entirely different, much more effective snake. It was very noticeable on sight, and just listening to the thing "in action" it was clear as well. I will never take plumbing for granted again! And if I need a plumber again, Bud's will be my first call.

Sometimes, 'bigger' is NOT better. I called another company we did business with in the past—let’s call them Oto-Ooter. Their tech showed up and asked a lot of questions before dropping a verbal quote of $350.00 for clearing a clogged kitchen drain! When told this was too much, they immediately dropped down to $250, but I declined and told them I would call back to reschedule after payday. I am glad I took the time to look, and I found Bud’s. They advertised a promotion for clearing a single line for under $70.00. The lady on the phone was pleasant and they had someone out the next morning, early. I didn’t mind because it was already getting late in the afternoon when I called. The tech for Bud’s showed up as promised and did the job. They were quick, friendly to my wife, and afterward I had an itemized invoice texted and emailed to me. The other company sent a generic quote just stating the $250.00 price without listing what it was for or even the company’s name! In the future, we will be calling Bud’s Plumbing again. Thanks :)
