Great service. Installation of new faucet was expertly performed. On time, no-nonsense approach, and job was not completed until I was satisfied and had all my questions answered.

Granted, not everybody's situation, but was efficient, knowledgeable, professional, respectful (pets & home = shoes off), helpful, patient, and most importantly, my concern for water leak resolved. Apparently, it was a stuck damper in the toilet. I had a leak outside, and I could not determine where it was coming from. It kept filling up a hole that I was putting a sump pump in. I checked different lines and turned off different faucets to see if it still would continue to fill. I had Alex from Bud's Plumbing come out, and he determined that there was no leak very quickly by checking the water meter out in the front. If the meter is turning, you have an open, and he determined that there was no leak very quickly by checking the water meter out in front. If the meter is turning, you have a leak. He was great, no charge for the free inspection. He was a godsend. I highly recommend him.

I had to have my dishwasher lines repaired due to a rodent problem I had. Cody was the plumber that was sent out, and he advised me that I would actually need a new dishwasher because the rodent had not only eaten through the water lines but also did internal damage to the dishwasher, including chewing through electrical connectors. I went out and bought a new dishwasher, and he returned two days later to complete the installation. He was meticulous, explained everything to me, and overall a very personal individual. He made sure that the new dishwasher worked and everything met my satisfaction, which it did. I would recommend Bud's and, if you could ask for Cody, I would do so.

Bud's is the only plumber I would use
I was washing dishes and what happens? The water and muck rise and don't drain. I called Bud's just before 7:00 a.m., and Liz had an appointment scheduled for the afternoon. Keith called me 30 minutes before he arrived. He came on time, identified himself, put on shoe covers, and assessed the problem. Within one hour my drain had been snaked and a full explanation of what was found was told to me. I admit I did have Keith shine a light in the pipe so I could see what caused the backup. In all fairness, it had been more than 10 years since it happened before. And Bud's came to the rescue then, too. When Keith was finished I looked on my porch and didn't see one speck of dirt. It was as if nothing was done it was so clean. Keith explained the charges, what he did, and recommendations for going forward. I have been in property management for over 35 years. Bud's is the only plumber I would use for an emergency or not. I'm going to have them come back to drain my hot water tank (that has never been done in over 20 years) and inspect my HVAC system. Yes, they do those things, too. Every person I have ever dealt with at Bud's has been knowledgeable, polite, and patient. Customer service gets 10 stars.
