Bud’s is amazing! We had to get our tankless hot water heater descaled/flushed. I was browsing businesses online, and I came across Bud’s. I filled out a request for a quote/service online to see if they could perform the service for us. Within 5 minutes, I got a text message confirming they could do the service and even a phone call from Teresa. Teresa explained the whole process to me over the phone and informed me that they had (still have it, by the way) a special deal right now for only $89. FYI - this is a flat fee with no added expenses or charges. Keith was our technician who came out to perform the service. We got a 30-minute notification before Keith would arrive. Keith arrived perfectly on time! Keith was so informative and friendly the whole time. He explained what he did and the reasoning for it. I am so happy that Keith was our technician. I told Keith that I normally don’t leave reviews for anything, but the service that Teresa and he gave empowered me to do so. I can’t say enough good things about Bud’s! Thank you to the whole team, especially Keith and Teresa!

If you need a water heater installation, stop looking and call Bud's. I got 3 other quotes and no one even came close to their pricing. Axel was incredibly fast and his customer service was top notch. It is rare to find someone this skilled who is also the best value in town. Would give 10 stars if I could. I won’t call anyone else from now on!

So I was supposed to have a water heater flush and evaluation the other day, which the technician Keith told me would be about 30-40 minutes; we said okay, no problem. So when he drained the water, showed me what the water came out was like, there was a lot of particles. He was great and explained everything to me. As it turned out, when we went to go refill it and check the water pressure and all of that, the water was coming out dirty and gross. So the water heater was all rusted and crappy in the inside of it and had to replace it. Keith was very nice, said he could get done that same day. Got it done and was here most of the day, but he was very meticulous in his work and he explained to me what he was doing on everything that was happening. This is the second time I've used Bud's Plumbing and I would totally recommend them to anybody because they're great from the office people to the technicians to just the courtesy of helping people.

I used Bud's Plumbing during a kitchen remodel a couple years ago and they did a great job, so when my water heater broke down around 5:00 pm on Friday I immediately called Bud's Plumbing. They sent a technician out within an hour. Axel quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me options. The best option was to replace the water heater. It was too late to do the job Friday, but Axel was back Saturday morning and I had hot water in early afternoon. Axel was knowledgeable, explained everything in layman’s terms, and was a great representative for his company. Bud's is my plumber of choice.

We just had our 6-year-old water heater drained and flushed out because it was making loud knocking sounds when hot water was being used. Keith was our technician and he did a great job describing the process. He cleaned all around the water heater and took the time to explain future maintenance. This is the second time we had Bud’s Plumbing work on our house. I would definitely recommend this company.
